Since our inception in 2004, Kosnic Lighting has
rapidly become a leading designer, manufacturer
and established expert in emergency lighting,
luminaires, LED lamps and bespoke lighting solutions.
With a product portfolio of over 1000 lines, our
Luminaires, modules and LED lamps are widely
recognised amongst the most cutting-edge, reliable
and wide-ranging products on the market. Serving
residential, commercial and public sector lighting
requirements, Kosnic delivers quality, cost-effective
and environmentally responsible LED lighting
solutions.
An independent British company, Kosnic Lighting’s
headquarters are in Newbury, Berkshire, with
manufacturing bases located in the UK and China.
In addition, Kosnic has a dedicated research
laboratory, the Kosnic Technology Centre based in
Shanghai, dedicated to advancing lighting controls,
emergency lighting and the cost-saving potential of
LED technology for our customers.
With our own dedicated research
laboratory, the Kosnic Technology Centre in
Shanghai, we are able to drive the transformation
in LED technology and develop new production
methods.
KTC engineers with extensive experience in
lighting design, electronics, heat management
and manufacturing process collaborate on
the development of LED lamps, luminaires and
control gears.
As a UK based lighting company, we are in complete control of the supply
chain from design, specification, manufacture,
import and distribution. By specifying all of our
own components, it gives us fantastic quality and
flexibility ahead of the competition.
At Kosnic, we aim to anticipate the future needs
of our customers. As well as remaining at the
forefront of LED innovation, that means offering
the very highest standards of service to all
customers.
We're known for our friendliness and the fact
that we aim to give our customers a personal,
engaging service.
Project & Specification
At Kosnic, our technical expertise and experience
within the lighting industry allows us to develop
lighting schemes that are as positive for people
as they are sustainable for the environment and
for business.
The Project Team can create a lighting scheme
for your clients using industry recognised RELUX
software. Once the design criteria such as room
dimensions, ceiling height and working area have
been established, we can present a professional
3D design visual back to the client.
This can even include elements such as work
surfaces, tables, windows and chairs.
Of course, if you already have an in-house lighting
design team, we are happy to work alongside
you and provide the necessary specification and
photometric data required.

Vomo
As we all know, everything looks good under natural sunlight. It's because the natural sunlight emits the full colour spectrum in light, meaning it contains all the hues that our eyes can see. But artificial light sources, like incandescent, halogen, or LED lights, can't match the colour quality of sunlight. They only have some parts of the spectrum, and they can make things look dull or distorted. In places like high-end retailers, supermarkets, and art galleries, it is extremely important to have good lights that can bring out the true colour of the items on display. Good lighting can enhance the quality, texture, and appearance of products, as well as influence the mood, perception, and behaviour of consumers. The Vomo range of retail luminaire are designed to fulfil such requirement. An AI algorithm was developed to detect and analyse the colour composition of the targeting object and fine-tune the light spectrum to bring out the true vibrant colour.

Telica II
The Telica II is an anti-glare fire rated downlight that is mains dimmable, it can be fitted with a wide range of bezels, including interchangable reflectors. Beneath the bezel you will find the CCT switch with three colour temperature options, this combined with the mains dimming and range of bezels and IP65 rating makes the Telica II suitable for a wide range of applications. You can also upgrade to a 3 in 1 driver with DALI, 1-10V & PUSH dimming options.
