In the early winter of 2024, "The Moving Hues" was curated as an experiential immersive installation in the urban streetscape of Bangalore, India, by Studioplus X MYVN Architecture.
It was then reintroduced as "The Moving Hues 2.0". The canvas, initially a surreal white fabric, bled into vibrant hues through translucent layers, evoking nature's beauty. The installation explored the play of light using Pixel LED, which permeated through the fabric, characterised by its untreated edges, symbolising rawness. The motion of the sheers, caused by the atmosphere, the audience, and the programmed moving lights, created a captivating tunnel of light through the translucent layers.
Navigating through a portal-like, single module composed of five 3D grids, split to enhance the intersecting, free-flowing passage, it remained unified due to its essence—an elegant blending of hue, light, and fabric, showcasing both distinctiveness and the shared essence that united us all.
Visitors were invited to experience The Moving Hues 2.0 at Light + Intelligent Building Middle East 2025 in Za’abeel Hall 1.
